fantastic central location

the hotel is superbly located. aksaray tram stop is very close (around 20 metres away). the room was very clean and spacious. i liked the huge and comfy bed. the powerful shower was also a plus.

the wifi signal was occasionally a bit weak in the room (but it wasn't a major issue).

the cleanliness was good from the entrance to the bedroom, i noticed daily cleaning was of a high standard.

The internet wi-fi signals were weak. It disconnected frequently. also, my room was very small. it also lacked channels, and the tv seemed quite old.

The breakfast offered omelets prepared to order and a varied spread. My room featured a kettle with tea and coffee. The Aksaray tram stop was very close. It was only 20 meters from the hotel. the location proved to be convenient.

Traffic noise was noticeable despite the soundproof windows.

The staff at reception were excellent, particularly Muhammad. They offered free bottled water with no restrictions. Kitchen staff demonstrated dedication and prepared tasty food. They were always available and reacted fast.

The location was really convenient, offering easy access to public transportation.

This became QUITE frustrating, especially during peak hours when everyone was trying to go up or down. It definitely impacted the overall experience negatively.
